Do I need to download an app to use a Binbox locker?
No. Binbox lockers are accessed entirely through your phone’s mobile browser — no app download required. Simply visit the Binbox web link at the venue and follow the prompts. If you prefer, Binbox also offers a downloadable app for iOS devices.
What sizes are available?
Binbox offers seven interchangeable locker sizes — from compact compartments for phones, wallets, and small valuables, up to large-format lockers that fit bags, jackets, helmets, and oversized gear. Size availability varies by venue and event.
Can I access my locker more than once during the event?
Yes. Once you’ve rented a locker, you can unlock and re-lock it as many times as you need throughout your rental period using your phone.
What payment methods does Binbox accept?
Binbox accepts all major credit and debit cards through its automated digital payment system. No cash is accepted — all transactions are handled securely through the web app or kiosk terminal.
